Harold and Daphne Irwin, had the inspiration to acquire Holmes Bakery in 2009 (originally established in 1937 in Old West Street Portadown), and tweak it into the award winning family bakery it is today.

Their daughter, Gillian, is part of the Holmes Bakery family, as she shares responsibility for sales, marketing and administration of the Holmes Bakery Brand, which produces and supplies award winning handcrafted bakery products to retailers.
