How do I log into my account?
If your account was created before February 2023, use our legacy login here.  After that, use this login here. Need help? Contact us any time.
What's included in a standard subscription box?
A standard luxury subscription box features a new book (your chosen genre), a large chocolate bar, and a surprise Irish artisan treat.   If you wish to add extra items, please contact us!
Can I create a bespoke subscription box?
Yes! Curate your own subscription starting from €24.95/month, with your favourite genres and treats.
What if I receive a book I've already read?
Let us know! For subscriptions (Ireland & NI), we'll add an extra book next month. Please gift or donate the book – no return needed.
📦Shipping & Delivery
When will my subscription or gift box ship?
Subscriptions ship the first working day monthly.  Gift boxes dispatch in 1–2 working days after you order.
How long does delivery take?
  • Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1–2 working days
  • UK & Europe: Up to 7 working days
  • USA & Canada: Up to 10 working days
How much is shipping?
  • Ireland & NI: Free for orders over €30
  • UK: €15
  • Europe: €15
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! Our boxes are FSC-accredited and all materials are reusable or recyclable.

How do I include a gift message?
Add your message in the cart, or email/DM us after you order. All cards are Irish-designed and handwritten.
What do your gift cards look like?
A6 card, locally printed with Irish designs. Your message is handwritten for that extra personal touch.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! Contact our team to arrange in-store pickup at our Tramore shop.
