📦 Orders & Delivery
How quickly do you ship?
All orders placed before 3pm ship same day. We ship every day, Monday to Friday, for maximum speed! See our shipping page for full details.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within Ireland and the north of Ireland is free, tracked, and typically arrives in 1–2 business days from dispatch. Orders to the UK and Europe are delivered quickly too—usually within a week. For further international queries, reach out here.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. For other international destinations, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
How are orders packed?
All items are wrapped in tissue paper inside our glossy black signature box.
🎁 Gifts & Subscriptions
Can I send a gift directly?
Absolutely! Put the recipient’s address at checkout and add your personal message. We’ll hand write it on a lovely card designed by a Waterford art student and printed locally in Waterford.
What’s in the subscription box?
Each subscription box includes a new book in a genre of your choice, a large bar of chocolate, and a small gift from an Irish supplier. Discover our subscription options here.
When do subscription boxes ship?
Subscription boxes ship on the 1st of every month. If you need your box shipped earlier, contact us and we’ll make it happen.
Can I change my genre or subscription?
You can choose your genre at signup and change or pause your subscription any time. Just log in to your account or contact us for assistance.
Already read the book?
If you’ve already read the book, let us know and we’ll add an extra one to your next box. No need to return the original!
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer both e-vouchers and physical vouchers, which can be emailed or posted to you or your recipient.

Where is your retail shop located?
Our shop is in Tramore: Unit 4, The Pavilion, The Prom, Tramore, Co. Waterford, X91 YY11 (behind Brooklyn & next to the surf shop). Find us on the shop map & directions.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Tuesday–Saturday: 10am–5pm and Sunday: 11am–5pm. Closed Monday. Open All Year!

Can I order Christmas gifts?
Yes! We offer a large selection of festive gifts and hampers, all with handwritten cards. Browse our collection here.

Do you deliver right up to Christmas?
Yes, we ship gifts daily until December 23rd (Friday December 19th is the last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery) for orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday). Last posting dates for Ireland, UK, and Europe are listed in our Christmas info.
Can I add a Christmas message?
Of course! Add your festive message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a Christmas-themed card, designed and printed in Waterford.
