When will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship orders from Waterford Monday to Friday.
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday: your order will usually be shipped the same working day.
Order after 3pm: your order will normally be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are normally shipped on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the Republic of Ireland normally takes 1–2 working days.

Buying a birthday gift in advance? Getting Christmas shopping organised early? Or simply don't want the gift to arrive just yet?
You can choose your preferred shipping date in the cart. Add your gift to your cart, select your shipping date from the calendar, and we'll hold your order until then.
For gifts travelling within the Republic of Ireland, allow approximately 1–2 working days after your chosen shipping date for delivery.
If you don't choose a shipping date, we'll prepare and send your order as soon as possible using our normal shipping schedule.

Sending a Gift Directly to the Recipient
You can send any of our gift hampers directly to the person receiving it. Simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Add your personal message in the cart and we'll handwrite it on the gift card included with your order.
We don't include prices or a receipt inside the gift. Your order confirmation and receipt are sent to you separately by email.
Tracking Your Order
Orders within Ireland are sent using tracked shipping with An Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
For international orders, tracking may also depend on An Post's delivery partner in the destination country.
Christmas Shipping & Last Order Dates
You don't need to wait until December to order a Christmas gift.
Choose your Christmas hamper whenever you're ready and select your preferred shipping date from the calendar in your cart. We'll hold your order and ship it from Waterford on the date you choose.
Our final order date for Christmas 2026 delivery is Monday, 21 December 2026.
Shipping networks become considerably busier during December, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible.

Our monthly book subscription hampers are normally shipped on the first working day of each month.
If the first of the month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, subscriptions are shipped on the next working day.
Most subscribers in Ireland receive their monthly hamper during the first week of the month.

It is the shipping date. We will dispatch your order on the date you choose. For delivery within the Republic of Ireland, allow approximately 1–2 working days after shipping.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. You can add a gift message in the cart and we'll handwrite it on the card included with the gift. No receipt or pricing is included inside.
How much does shipping cost?
Tracked shipping to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is free on orders of €24.95 or more. Orders under €24.95 cost €5.95 to ship. Tracked shipping to Great Britain and Europe costs €15.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Orders within Ireland are sent using An Post tracked shipping.
Can I order a Christmas gift now and have it sent in December?
Yes. Add your Christmas gift to the cart and select your preferred December shipping date from the calendar in your cart. We'll hold the order and dispatch it on the date you've selected.
