When will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship orders from Waterford Monday to Friday.
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday: your order will be shipped the same working day.
Order after 3pm: your order will normally be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are normally shipped on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the Republic of Ireland normally takes 1–2 working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland normally takes 5–7 working days after shipping.

Buying a birthday gift in advance? Getting Christmas shopping organised early? Or simply don't want the gift to arrive just yet?
You can choose your preferred shipping date in the cart. Add your gift to your cart, select your shipping date from the calendar, and we'll hold your order until then.
For gifts travelling within the Republic of Ireland, allow approximately 1–2 working days after your chosen shipping date for delivery. For Northern Ireland, allow approximately 5–7 working days after shipping.
If you don't choose a shipping date, we'll prepare and send your order as soon as possible using our normal shipping schedule.

Sending a Gift Directly to the Recipient
You can send any of our gift hampers directly to the person receiving it. Simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Add your personal message in the cart and we'll handwrite it on the gift card included with your order.
We don't include prices or a receipt inside the gift. Your order confirmation and receipt are sent to you separately by email.
Tracking Your Order
Orders to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are sent with An Post tracked delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. You can also check the latest status at any time using An Post Track & Trace.
For international orders, tracking may also depend on An Post's delivery partner in the destination country.
Christmas Shipping Dates
You don't need to wait until December to order a Christmas gift.
Choose your Christmas hamper whenever you're ready and select your preferred shipping date from the calendar in your cart. We'll hold your order and ship it from Waterford on the date you choose.
For delivery in the Republic of Ireland before Christmas, we recommend choosing Monday, 21 December 2026 or earlier as your shipping date.
We will continue shipping on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December, but delivery before Christmas cannot be expected or guaranteed.
Shipping networks become considerably busier during December, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible.

Our monthly book subscription hampers are normally shipped on the first working day of each month.
If the first of the month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, subscriptions are shipped on the next working day.
After shipping, delivery normally takes 1–2 working days in the Republic of Ireland and 5–7 working days to Northern Ireland.

How quickly will my gift be shipped?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped from Waterford the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally shipped the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the Republic of Ireland normally takes 1–2 working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland normally takes 5–7 working days after shipping.
Can I choose when my gift is sent?
Yes. Add your gift to the cart and select your shipping date from the calendar in your cart.
Is the date I choose the shipping date or delivery date?
It is the shipping date. We will ship your order on the date you choose. For delivery within the Republic of Ireland, allow approximately 1–2 working days after shipping. For Northern Ireland, allow approximately 5–7 working days.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. You can add a gift message in the cart and we'll handwrite it on the card included with the gift. No receipt or pricing is included inside.
How much does shipping cost?
Tracked delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is free on orders of €24.95+. Orders under €24.95 cost €5.95. Tracked delivery to the UK and Europe costs €15.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are sent with An Post tracked delivery. You can check the latest status using An Post Track & Trace.
Can I order from abroad and have a gift delivered in Ireland?
Yes. You can order from abroad and use the recipient's Irish address as the shipping address. All of our gift hampers are packed in our workshop in Waterford. If the gift is being delivered within the Republic of Ireland, it is shipped domestically with An Post, so you do not need to arrange international postage or customs for the parcel yourself.
Can you deliver to a workplace, hotel or hospital?
Yes. We can deliver gifts to workplaces, hotels and hospitals. Enter the recipient's full name and the complete delivery address at checkout, including the company, hotel, hospital, ward, department or room details where relevant.
Can I order a Christmas gift now and have it sent in December?
Yes. Add your Christmas gift to the cart and select your preferred December shipping date from the calendar in your cart. We'll hold the order and ship it on the date you've selected.
