General Shipping Information
All our boxes ship from Waterford, Ireland. All boxes have free, tracked delivery in Ireland (including the north of Ireland).
We are shipping to the UK, USA and Europe with An Post. Tracking outside of Ireland is reliant on the partners that An Post use.
One Time Gift Boxes & Create Your Own Gift Box
We ship our one time gift boxes on a daily basis (Monday-Friday) from our workshop in Waterford, Ireland. We have a number of full time staff packing boxes and excellent inventory control so your gift box will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 3pm Monday - Friday and the next working day if you order after that. Your gift box will be delivered quite quickly in Ireland (and the north of Ireland).

Subscription Boxes (Monthly, Bespoke & Advance)
We ship our subscription book boxes monthly, on the 1st of every month, or on the next working day if the 1st is on a weekend or bank holiday. Subscribers in Ireland should receive their box during the first week of the month.
