How is every book chosen?
Every month, we personally review new releases, Irish authors and bestselling fiction before selecting books for our subscription boxes.
When will my first subscription box ship?
Subscription boxes ship from Waterford on the first working day of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your box will ship on the next working day.
Need your first box sooner? Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us and we can arrange it.
When will my payment be processed?
Your first payment is taken when you place your order. After that, your subscription renews every 30 days until you pause or cancel it.
Can I pause, change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your subscription through your account, or contact us and we'll take care of it for you.
Can I send the first box to myself and the remaining boxes to the recipient?
Yes. Place your order using the address where you would like the first box sent, then reply to your confirmation email or contact us and we can arrange the remaining boxes for the recipient.
Is there a voucher I can give to the recipient?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link to a printable e-voucher. If you would prefer a printed gift voucher, reply to your confirmation email or contact us after placing your order and we can post one to you or directly to the recipient.
What if I've already read the book?
Just let us know and we'll include another book in your next box at no extra cost. You do not need to return the original book.
Where do you deliver Book of the Month subscriptions?
Free tracked delivery is included throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
