Create Your Own Christmas Gift Hamper FAQs

How do I create my Christmas gift hamper?

Add the Signature Gift Box & Handwritten Card to your cart, then choose the treats and gifts you would like us to pack inside. Add your gift message in the cart and we'll handwrite it for you.

How many items can I add to my Christmas gift hamper?

As many as you like.  We have gift boxes of various sizes so add as few or as many items as you wish.

Do I need to add the Signature Gift Box & Card?

No.  You can purchase individual products without adding our Signature Gift Box & Card.   If it is not added, items will be shipped in a plain brown cardboard box and no card is included.

If you'd like your items beautifully presented in our glossy black signature box and everything wrapped in tissue paper, with an Irish-designed card and your personal message handwritten by us, simply add the Signature Gift Box & Card to your order.

Is a handwritten Christmas card included?

Yes, if you include a Signature Gift Box & Card to your order.  Add your personal message in the cart and we'll handwrite it on a card and include it in your gift hamper.

Is Christmas delivery free in Ireland?

Our gift hampers qualify for free tracked delivery in Ireland. For individual purchases, delivery is free on orders of €24.95 or more, with a €5.95 charge below that amount.

Can I order now and have my Christmas hamper shipped in December?

Yes. Choose your preferred shipping date using the calendar in your cart. We'll hold your order until that date. For Christmas delivery, consult our Christmas Shipping Calendar and order early, as shipping dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

How quickly will my Christmas gift hamper be shipped and delivered?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday ship the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or at weekends ship the next working day. Delivery takes 1–2 working days after shipping in the Republic of Ireland and 5–7 working days after shipping in Northern Ireland.

If you would like us to ship on a later date, choose that date in the cart.

We use An Post tracked delivery. Delivery is free on orders of €24.95 or more and €5.95 below €24.95.

Can I send my Christmas hamper directly to someone else?

Absolutely. Enter their address at checkout. We'll handwrite your message and ensure no receipt or prices are included inside the gift.

Will a receipt or prices be included in my Christmas hamper?

No. Your receipt is emailed separately and we never include a receipt, invoice or prices inside any of our hampers or subscription boxes.
