LSW Mind Cards are designed to help you to become more mindful of your thoughts and feelings and give you the tools needed to take control of your happiness, focus on the present and spread positivity throughout your life.
By introducing positive habits into your every day, mind cards will give you the power to create the healthiest and happiest life for you.
How to use:
Each day select a card at random and take the action stated on the card. What you get: 45 individually designed cards presented in a beautiful lidded box. the cards are split across the following 5 categories: Kindness - random acts of kindness not only help to boost your mood but can also make the recipients' day. each kindness card has a different action you can take designed to offer kindness towards the outside world.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship with An Post, from Waterford on the same day if you order before 3pm Monday to
Friday or the next working day if it is outside of those hours.
For example, if you order at 6pm on a Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday.
If you order at 2am on Saturday, it will ship on Monday (providing the Monday is not a bank holiday),
If you would like to choose a shipping date in advance, you can choose the date you would like your order to ship in your cart.
Is shipping free in Ireland?
Yes, shipping is free in Ireland and the north of Ireland for orders over Eur30 and is just Eur3.95 if the order is below Eur30.
Shipping is Eur15 for orders to the UK and Europe.
Where do I put the message I would like included on the card?
There is a message box in the cart where you can type the message you would like. If you miss this box for any reason, just reply back to your confirmation email with your message. Don't worry, we will reply back to your email to let you know we have it.
Do you include receipts/invoices with my order?
No, we never include receipts/invoices in our gift boxes. These will be emailed to you.
