Is The Book Resort VAT registered?

Yes we are VAT registered and your invoice will include VAT.

Can I add in additional products to my corporate Christmas gift boxes such as signed greeting cards?

Yes. We often receive requests for additional items to be placed in corporate Christmas gift boxes.  Simply let us know when you are placing your corporate Christmas order and we will include your items in your gift boxes when we are packing them.

Can you arrange branded items such as mugs, chocolate etc?

Yes, we can arrange for branded mugs and chocolate and if the order is large enough we can arrange branded candles etc.  Talk to us and tell us what you are thinking.

When should I place my corporate order for Christmas?

We would advise placing your order in October/November for delivery in December.  However, if it is December and you are in a panic, ring us and we will do all we can to help you.

How do I know all recipients receive their corporate Christmas gifts?

All corporate Christmas gifts have unique tracking numbers and are insured during shipping.  We can provide you with a list of your tracking numbers.

I have a large amount of corporate Christmas gifts going to one address. How much will shipping cost?

Delivery is free in Ireland, including the north of Ireland for all orders.  We can deliver a bulk order to your location in our branded van at no extra cost.

Can I give a tax free gift to my employees?

The Benefit-In-Kind exemption threshold is now €1500 from 2025. This allows companies to give individual employees a non-cash benefit of up to €1500 in gifts tax free.
