FAQs about your subscription:
When will my first subscription box ship?
Subscription boxes ship on the 1st working day of every month. If the 1st of the month is a weekend or bank holiday, subscription boxes will ship on the next working day.Ā If you would like the first subscription box to ship early or on a different date just reply back to your confirmation email and we will take care of that for you.
Can you send the first subscription box to me and the rest to the recipient?
Absolutely, just contact usĀ hereĀ or reply to your confirmation email with your request and we can do that no problem.
Is there a voucher I can give to the recipient?
Yes, in your confirmation email there is a link to anĀ e-voucherĀ that you can print. Alternatively, we can also post you a physical voucher for you to give to the recipient or we can post it to the recipient on your behalf. Just contact usĀ hereĀ or reply to your confirmation email with your request.
What is the last order dates for subscription boxes?
The day before the 1st of the month, eg the 30th/31st of every month.
When will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed on the day you sign up andĀ will renew every 30 days until you cancel or contact us to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can log into your account hereĀ or contact us and we will do it for you.
What if I already read the book?
If this does happen, please accept our apologies. Just contact usĀ hereĀ and let us know and we will pop an extra book in next months subscription box **applies to Ireland and north of Ireland only**
You do not need to send us the first book back. Please gift/donate or pass on the first book to someone you know who would like it.Ā Ā

Can I choose the date my gift hamper will ship?
Yes. You can choose your preferred shipping date in the cart. We'll dispatch your gift on the date you select. If you don't choose a shipping date, we'll prepare and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Will there be a receipt or prices inside my gift hamper?
No. We don't include a receipt, invoice or prices inside the parcel, so you can have your gift delivered directly to the recipient.
Can I send a gift hamper directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address when ordering and we'll send the gift directly to them anywhere in Ireland. Explore our gift delivery in Ireland service for more information on nationwide shipping. Your hamper arrives beautifully presented and ready to open.
How quickly will my gift hamper be delivered in Ireland?
Can I order a gift hamper from abroad for someone in Ireland?
Yes. You can order online from anywhere in the world and have your gift hamper delivered directly to someone in Ireland. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address when ordering.
Can I include a message with my gift hamper?
Yes. Add your personal message in the cart when ordering and we'll handwrite it on a card (all our cards are designed & printed in Ireland) and pop it in with your hamper. There is no extra charge for this.
