We use trusted Irish suppliers and insist on high-quality criteria. Because we use many local creators, your purchase creates a domino effect across the country. Our custom boxes are manufactured in Dublin, our packaging come from Kerry, our greeting stationery is printed here in Waterford, and the cards themselves are designed by a brilliant art student in Kilkenny.

When will my subscription box ship?
Subscription boxes ship on the 1st working day of every month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, packages will ship out on the next available business day.
Can you send the first box to me and the rest directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Just get in touch via our contact page or reply directly to your confirmation email with your request.
Is there a voucher I can give to the recipient?
Yes. Your order confirmation email includes a link to a printable e-voucher. Alternatively, we can post a beautiful physical voucher to either you or the recipient. Simply drop us a line via our customer service.
What is the monthly cutoff ordering date?
The very last day before the new month turns over (e.g., the 30th or 31st of the current month).
What if I have already read the selected book?
If this happens, please accept our apologies! Just notify our team and we will add a bonus book selection into your next month's delivery at no cost. You do not need to send the original title back—please pass it on or gift it to a friend who would enjoy it!
