When will my subscription box ship?

Subscription boxes ship on the 1st working day of every month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, subscription boxes will ship out on the next working day.

Can you send the first box to me and the rest directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Just get in touch via our contact page or reply directly to your confirmation email with your request.

Is there a voucher I can give to the recipient?

Yes. Your order confirmation email includes a link to a printable e-voucher. Alternatively, we can post a physical voucher to either you or the recipient. Simply drop us a line via our customer service.

What is the monthly cut off ordering date?

The very last day before the new month turns over (e.g., the 30th or 31st of the current month).

What if I have already read the selected book?

If this happens, please accept our apologies! Just notify our team and we will add an extra book selection into your next month's delivery at no cost. You do not need to send the original title back—please pass it on or gift it to a friend who would enjoy it!

 

Can I pause or cancel my monthly book subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for as long as you need or cancel at any time. You can manage your subscription through your account, including changing your payment date.
