The most popular use for Epsom salt is in baths and we understand why when we look at all of the benefits. The two main ingredients of Epsom salt are magnesium and sulfate. It is believed the combination of both ingredients stimulates detoxification pathways. Magnesium is a natural substance that aids a variety of bodily functions, including the removal of toxins while sulfate can strengthen the walls of the digestive tract and make releasing toxins easier. Overall, Epsom salt is an ingredient used in a soak to treat minor aches and pains. It’s thought to soothe tired muscles and reduce swelling and we cannot recommend more.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship with An Post, from Waterford on the same day if you order before 3pm Monday to Friday or the next working day if it is outside of those hours.
For example, if you order at 6pm on a Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday.
If you order at 2am on Saturday, it will ship on Monday (providing the Monday is not a bank holiday),
If you would like to choose a shipping date in advance, you can choose the date you would like your order to ship in your cart.
Is shipping free in Ireland?
Yes, shipping is free in Ireland and the north of Ireland for orders over Eur30 and is just Eur3.95 if the order is below Eur30.
Shipping is Eur15 for orders to the UK and Europe.
Where do I put the message I would like included on the card?
There is a message box in the cart where you can type the message you would like. If you miss this box for any reason, just reply back to your confirmation email with your message. Don't worry, we will reply back to your email to let you know we have it.
Do you include receipts/invoices with my order?
No, we never include receipts/invoices in our gift boxes. These will be emailed to you.
