Irish Socksciety socks are made of high standard combed cotton. To make sure each pair is perfect, the machines used accept only 100% combed cotton, certified Oeko-tex. Irish Socksciety socks have a seamless finish for the best possible comfort.

Irish Socksciety socks are made of 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, 3% elastane.

Alex and Joanna obsess about detail, and could tell you about how the machines they use accept only 100% combed cotton, certified Oeko-tex, and waffle on describing how the fancy 168 needle machine construction works to create every sock very soft but so strong but you would probably have stopped reading by now.

Irish Socksciety socks are reinforced from heal to toe so that you can wear them with anything from wellys to vintage brogues.

How do I create my own gift hamper?

Add the Signature Gift Box & Handwritten Card to your cart, then choose the treats and gifts you would like us to pack inside. Add your gift message in the cart and we'll handwrite it for you.

How many items can I add to my gift hamper?

As many as you like. We have gift boxes of various sizes so add as few or as many items as you wish.

Do I need to add the Signature Gift Box & Handwritten Card?

No. You can purchase individual products without adding our Signature Gift Box & Card. If it is not added, items will be shipped in a plain brown cardboard box and no card is included.

If you'd like your items beautifully presented in our glossy black signature box and everything wrapped in tissue paper, with an Irish-designed card and your personal message handwritten by us, simply add the Signature Gift Box & Card to your order.

Can I add a book to my gift hamper?

Yes. Add our A Book? option and choose the recipient's preferred genre. We'll select a brilliant new book for them.

Can I send the hamper directly to the recipient?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address when ordering and we'll send the gift directly to them.

Can you handwrite my gift message?

Yes. Add your personal message in the cart and we'll handwrite it on a card and include it in your gift hamper.

Will a receipt or prices be included in the parcel?

No. Your receipt is emailed separately and we never include a receipt, invoice or prices inside any of our hampers or subscription boxes.

How quickly will my gift hamper be shipped and delivered?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday ship the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or at weekends ship the next working day. Delivery takes 1–2 working days after shipping in the Republic of Ireland and 5–7 working days after shipping in Northern Ireland. We use An Post tracked delivery. Delivery is free on orders of €24.95 or more and €5.95 below €24.95.

Can I have the finished gift box gift wrapped?

Yes. Add Gift Wrapping to your order and we'll wrap the finished gift box in wrapping paper before placing it inside a protective outer mailer for delivery.
